Agent Series (21): Harness Testing — 45 Tests, How They're Designed, and What Bugs They Found

Three test categories (19 functional / 17 adversarial / 9 chaos) validate Article 20's Harness package. Key design patterns: conftest shared fixtures, parametrized adversarial tests, autouse state reset. Two real bugs discovered through testing — two regex gaps in injection detection — are analyzed and fixed.
